Resources and technology

Our school uses modern technology and digital learning tools. Our resources help students learn, create and stay connected. As a NSW public school, we have access to shared programs and tools available to all schools in the state.

Technology in primary schools, such as smartboards and iPads, enhances learning by making education more interactive, engaging, and accessible. Smartboards bring lessons to life with dynamic visuals and hands-on activities, encouraging collaboration and creativity in the classroom. iPads allow personalised learning, enabling students to explore topics at their own pace, access educational apps, and conduct research easily.

Science and technology is mandatory for all students from Kindergarten to Year 6.

In science and technology, students explore the natural and made worlds. They learn how to apply scientific and technological skills, knowledge and understanding across a broad range of contexts.

Science provides a way of inquiring about the world around us. It explores evidence and investigates ways to discover, develop and produce solutions to real world problems. The inquiry and skill-based nature of science opens doors to ideas and discoveries.
